Your day at a glance

Before sunrise, you step onto a production floor built for precision. Our automated fillers hum to life as you dial in settings, verify labels, and stage pails for the next run. You keep an eye on quality checks, adjust for accuracy, and coordinate with maintenance the moment a sensor needs attention. Between batches, you tidy the line, move finished goods with a powered industrial truck (PIT), and help the team shave seconds off each cycle—safely, every time.

What you’ll tackle
  • Operate in a PSM (Process Safety Management) facility handling solvents and solvent‑borne materials with zero‑compromise safety.
  • Set up, run, monitor, and troubleshoot automated filling/straining equipment to meet production goals.
  • Execute in‑process quality checks: label accuracy, coding/marking validation, weight verification, and pack integrity.
  • Flag equipment or process issues promptly to leads, supervisors, or maintenance.
  • Stage and load pails/cases onto conveyors; remove finished goods as needed.
  • Operate a PIT/forklift to supply materials and transport finished pallets.
  • Keep your area clean and orderly; uphold housekeeping standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement to boost line uptime and throughput.
  • Pitch in with additional tasks that support the operation.
What makes you a great fit
  • Age 18 and able to work overtime when required.
  • Read, understand, and follow English work instructions and SOPs.
  • Wear required PPE: hard hat, FR uniform, steel/composite‑toe shoes, gloves, safety glasses, and related protection.
  • Comfortable in environments with temperature fluctuations.
  • Physically able to stand for long periods, climb stairs, bend, reach, and lift; routinely handle transfer hoses, drums, and similar items.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs safely.
  • Qualified to safely operate a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT).
  • Basic computer aptitude (SAP, Vorne, or comparable systems).
  • Complete required safety training and demonstrate understanding on the job.
Preferred proficiency
  • Material handling experience, including heavy material moves
  • Active or recent forklift/PIT license
  • Machine setups for production runs
  • Background in manufacturing environments
