Your impact

• Create precise welds on carbon steel, aluminum, and thin-wall stainless tubing that meet or exceed project specifications.
• Transform blueprints and welding symbols into accurate, production-ready fabrications.

Core responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding across multiple metals and thicknesses, emphasizing thin-wall stainless tubing.
• Interpret technical drawings and symbols; plan sequences for efficient fabrication.
• Assemble and fabricate metal components per project needs.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections for quality assurance.
• Maintain a tidy, safe work environment and follow safety procedures.
• Partner with teammates and other departments to hit deadlines.
• Diagnose and resolve fabrication and fit-up challenges quickly.

Qualifications & experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Hands-on background as a TIG welder/fabricator.
• Strong command of welding techniques, materials, and shop safety.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a quality-first mindset.
• Resourceful problem-solver; effective both independently and on a team.
• Physical capability to maneuver materials and equipment.
