Role and Responsibilities
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting the efficient flow of materials throughout the distribution operation. This position performs receiving, inventory, fulfillment, shipping, packaging, and general warehouse functions while ensuring accuracy, safety, quality, and on-time service.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
1. Receive, inspect, verify, and process incoming materials and customer-owned products.
2. Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders using warehouse technology.
3. Verify product identity, quantities, condition, and documentation.
4. Safely package products for shipment.
5. Maintain inventory through stocking, replenishment, returns processing, and inventory transactions.
6. Assist with put-away, organization, and bin maintenance.
7. Perform inventory cycle counts and physical inventories.
8. Safely operate pallet jacks, hand carts, ladders, and forklifts (if certified).
9. Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate shipments.
10. Maintain accurate warehouse records in company systems.
11. Coordinate workflow with Receiving, Fulfillment, Shipping, and Production.
12. Monitor supply levels and report maintenance concerns.
13. Maintain housekeeping and safety standards.
14. Follow company policies, PPE requirements, and Lean initiatives.
15. Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
16. Support continuous improvement initiatives.
17. Cross-train in all warehouse functions.
18. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements[HD1]
· Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or fulfillment experience preferred
· Willing to become Forklift certified
· Valid Driver's License preferred
· High School diploma or equivalent required

· High attention to detail and the proven ability to remain accurate in tasks

Additional Notes
This position requires working from a standing position with frequently lifting <50lbs, kneeling, crouching, twisting, climbing and bending.
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
