Powerstone Property Management, a growing community association (HOA) management company is seeking an experienced part-time on-site assistant manager for a client in Rancho Mirage, CA.

Job Description:

  • This position will provide the following administrative support to the Community Manager:
  • Issuing work orders, violation letters, and drafting correspondence.
  • Prepare and administer association mailings.
  • Assist with property inspection reports and follow-up action items.
  • Assist with architectural plan processing and applications if needed,
  • Handle customer service calls and office visits from homeowners and vendors.
  • Maintain any events calendar and provide facility keys/fobs for clubhouse rentals
  • Assist with board meetings, committee meetings and any community events.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • AA Degree and/or High School degree and between 1-3 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. HOA industry knowledge a plus.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service skills coupled with problem solving/analytical skills.
  • Must be organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast pace environment.
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow and meet all deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work flexible hours if requested on occasion.
