What You'll Do
- Welcome and check in clients — both children and adults — at the front desk
- Schedule and coordinate appointments across two clinic locations
- Process daily payments and handle financial transactions accurately
- Answer phones and manage inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist with basic billing and invoicing
- Maintain accurate scheduling calendars
- Support general office and administrative functions as needed
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of administrative, receptionist, or office experience required
- Prior experience in a medical, clinical, or professional services setting strongly preferred
- Comfortable handling financial transactions and basic billing
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficient in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office
- Warm, professional manner with clients of all ages
- Discreet in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus but not required
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
