Knoxville Powersports is hiring a Finance & Insurance Manager to take ownership of deal structure, paperwork, and funding from start to finish.
This is a high-impact, process-driven role — perfect for someone who thrives on organization, accuracy, and getting deals across the finish line.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full financing process from application to funding
- Structure and submit deals to lenders
- Finalize paperwork and ensure deal accuracy
- Present and sell protection products (GAP, service contracts, etc.)
- Handle billing and deal breakdowns internally
- Track deal status daily and resolve funding issues quickly
- Maintain clean, compliant deal files
- Work closely with sales team and management to keep deals moving

What We’re Looking For
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented

- Comfortable discussing financing and add-on products
Experience in finance, lending, automotive, or powersports is a plus — but not required.

Compensation & Benefits
- Commission-based with $80K–$120K earning potential

- Tuesday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Closed Sunday & Monday
