What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Associate position at Powersports?
What You’ll Do
- Assist walk-in customers and respond to sales leads
- Sell powersports vehicles, boats, trailers, and equipment
- Guide customers through the full sales process from start to finish
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
- Manage multiple customers and priorities at once
- Work closely with sales, parts, and service teams
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience preferred (retail, automotive, or commission-based a plus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, professional, and team-focused
- Interest in powersports, marine, or outdoor equipment is a plus
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $50,000 – $125,000 per year (base commission)
- Tuesday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Weekend availability required
- Hours may vary based on customer demand

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
