Duties
- Represent the brand at various home show events, festivals, and Home Depot partner locations to increase visibility and engagement
- Conduct product knowledge training in Home Depot to educate staff and potential customers about features and benefits
- Engage with customers through friendly conversations, answering questions and providing exceptional customer service
- Collect valuable data from interactions to help improve marketing strategies and understand customer preferences
- Collect leads for in home appointments at events and Home Depot
