We are a small, fast-moving, and flat organization looking for an Organizational Effectiveness Manager. In this role, you won’t just assist; you will own. Partnering directly with our SVP, Chief of Staff and Impact, you will toggle between high-level strategic projects and day-to-day office operations to keep our team running seamlessly.
- Operations & Admin: Partner with the SVP to manage office operations, knowledge systems, and external admin support.
- HR Support: Act as the first point of contact for employee needs, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, and manage our HRIS (Gusto).
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison for contracted IT support, compile documentation for accounting/auditors, and assist with Board of Director governance and meeting prep.
- Programs & Logistics: Oversee the PowerOptions internship program and support marketing/trade show logistics.
- 2 years of experience in business operations, organizational effectiveness, or project/change management.
- Strong problem-solving skills with familiarity in basic business and financial principles.
- Highly proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with Salesforce, Gusto, or QuickBooks is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive, confidential data.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule (at least 1 day/week in office) and travel within New England as needed.
