Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Channel & Partner Support
- Act as a primary deal support resource for Channel Sales Managers and assigned partners and TSD relationships.
- Collaborate directly with Partners to gather requirements and clarify opportunity details.
- Support Partners throughout the pre-sales cycle with solution guidance, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Assist partners with deal registration processes across all supported vendors.
- Proactively identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing partner-led customer accounts.
Quoting & Scoping
- Develop and deliver accurate quotes, scopes of work, and solution summaries across:
? Wireless (Wi-Fi)
? DAS / Cellular Enhancement
? Managed IT & Security
? UCaaS / CCaaS (Voice) - Coordinate with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to validate technical feasibility and pricing.
- Ensure all quotes and scopes align with Powernet pricing, legal, and channel policies.
- Perform quoting and pricing support on behalf of Channel Managers when they are unavailable.
Sales Operations & CRM
- Log and maintain opportunity details, quotes, deal registrations, and next steps in CRM.
- Support forecast accuracy by keeping deal stages, values, and timelines up to date.
- Assist Channel Managers with reporting, documentation, and internal approvals as needed.
- Actively manage assigned opportunities to support quota attainment.
Internal Collaboration
- Serve as a liaison between Channel Sales, Engineering, Product, and Finance during the sales cycle.
- Provide feedback on recurring partner needs, pricing challenges, and scope patterns.
- Support continuous improvement of quoting templates, scoping standards, and sales tools.
Enablement Support
- Assist Channel Managers with partner enablement efforts by preparing materials, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Participate in internal product and solution training to maintain strong technical and commercial knowledge.
- Assist in educating partners and TSDs on Powernet’s products, services, and sales processes.
- Support and participate in virtual partner trainings, enablement sessions, and meetings.
Travel Expectations
- Minimal travel required.
- Travel is primarily localized, with the majority of partner engagement conducted virtually.
- Occasional partner or internal meetings may occur, but this role is primarily office- or home-based.
Requirements
Education, Experience & Skills
- 2–5 years experience in channel sales support, inside sales, sales engineering support, or solutions coordination.
- Experience in telecommunications, MSP, carrier, or managed services environments preferred.
- Experience supporting channel partners and/or TSDs preferred.
- Strong understanding of quoting, scoping, and multi-product solution selling.
- Comfortable working in a quota-carrying sales role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to grow revenue within existing accounts.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales processes required.
