We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our team in a full-time, on-site role at our Lake Mary, FL location. The Channel Sales Manager will oversee and manage relationships with channel partners, develop sales strategies, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include identifying new channel partners, managing partner relationships, training and supporting partners, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to align strategic goals.
- Strong expertise in Channel Sales and Channel Partner management
- Proven experience in Sales, including the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills
- Experience in Sales Management and a proven ability to lead and support partners
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work on-site in Lake Mary, FL
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the industrial or laser equipment industry is a strong advantage
