Powersports Sales & Marketing Specialist
Location: Wyoming, MN
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Employment Type: Part-time to full-time
Compensation: Negotiable based on experience and skill set
About the Position
We are looking for a motivated, hands-on individual who is passionate about the powersports industry and interested in joining a small, growing company. This position will focus on sales, marketing, customer support, and product-related projects, with opportunities to be involved in many areas of the business.
Because we are a smaller company, the ideal candidate will be flexible, self-motivated, and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys powersports, likes working with products, and wants to contribute directly to the growth of a brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer and dealer relationships
- Assist with sales efforts, customer follow-up, and account support
- Prepare for and attend trade shows, events, and industry gatherings
- Create, update, and organize sales and marketing materials
- Help maintain pricing sheets, product information, and related documents
- Field customer service and technical support calls
- Assist with website updates and general website maintenance
- Help create and post social media content
- Assist with product photography, image editing, and graphic creation
- Help film and edit product videos
- Support new product development with research, feedback, testing, and content creation
- Assist with packaging, assembly, picking orders, and pulling products when needed
Desired Skills and Experience
- Interest in or knowledge of the powersports industry, including snowmobiles, ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, or similar products
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Premiere Pro
- Comfortable using Microsoft 365 / Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to use and manage social media platforms for business purposes
- Familiarity with AI tools for image creation, content creation, software assistance, or workflow improvement
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Willingness to learn new tools, products, and processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable helping in different areas of the business as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or powersports
- Basic photography, video editing, or graphic design experience
- Experience with e-commerce websites or website platforms
- Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience with powersports products
- Ability to travel occasionally for trade shows or events
