Falcon Powersports is a new Powersports location in Stacy, MN.
We were formerly Stacy Hardware and still are connected to the hardware store in many ways. But now we are staffing for our location on the NW corner of I-35 and Stacy Trail.
We sell Polaris and Arctic Cat ATVs, UTVs, Snowmobiles and related parts and accessories. We are a full service shop with new and used machines sales, a well stocked parts department and service shop.

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Counter Sales & Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for powersports and exceptional customer service skills. This position is based in a dealership environment and requires proficiency in parts look-up, service writing, cashiering, inventory management and more.
**Duties:**
- Greet customers and assist with their inquiries
- Look up and source parts with computer tools
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Write service orders
- Assist customers with loading and unloading.
- Maintain and update inventory records
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Assist with diagnostics when necessary
- Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a dealership powersports and/or power equipment service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of inventory management practices
- Familiarity with stock control procedures
- Proficiency in LightSpeed for data entry and tracking
- Strong customer service and communication skills
