Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Estimator at Powerhouse Contracting LLC, located in Albuquerque, NM. The Project Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for roofing, painting, remodeling, and other projects by analyzing project requirements and budgets. The role includes coordinating with clients, vendors, and teams to ensure resource planning and accurate pricing, as well as providing support during the bidding and proposal process to secure contracts and maintain client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Construction Estimating and Project Estimation
- Strong skills in Cost Management and Budgeting
- Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in relevant estimation software and tools
- Prior experience in the construction or contracting industry is preferred
