Role OverviewThe Ecommerce Manager owns the performance and day-to-day operation of PowerflexFence.com with a clear focus on:
- Growing online revenue
- Increasing conversion rate
- Improving customer buying experience
- Launching and merchandising products
This is a hands-on, data-driven role for someone who moves fast and treats the website like a living sales engine.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize the Shopify store
- Improve conversion rate, AOV, and revenue per session
- Merchandise products, collections, and bundles
- Launch new products and landing pages
- Partner with marketing on campaigns, email, and SMS
- Build a best-in-class mobile buying experience
- Report weekly on performance and opportunities
- Ecommerce revenue growth
- Conversion rate
- Average order value
- Returning customer rate
- Mobile performance
- 3 years managing a Shopify ecommerce store
- Proven success growing online sales
- Strong CRO and merchandising skills
- Data-driven and execution-focused
- Knowledge of SEO and performance marketing
