Join our team as a Customer Service Specialist where you'll play a pivotal role in managing incoming device service requests, fostering strong customer relationships, onboarding customers, handling billing, and coordinating with field service engineers. Your organizational prowess and attention to detail will be key in enhancing service turn-around time, optimizing customer and engineer communication, and streamlining computer applications within the Service Department. Reporting to Service Management and interfacing with the CEO, you'll thrive in our fast-paced environment, contributing significantly to the growth and efficiency of our operations.

About The Job
Join our team as a Customer Service Specialist where you'll play a pivotal role in managing incoming device service requests, fostering strong customer relationships, onboarding customers, handling billing, and coordinating with field service engineers. Responsibilities
- Work closely with the service team in interacting with customers who need service
- Scheduling and managing Field Service support
- Managing relationships with customers and Field Service technicians
- Communication with national and international customers via email, phone, and text
- Processing paperwork (Invoices, files, purchase orders, etc.)
- Support billing processes
- Growing and contributing to the quick evolution of of the company
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent team player and within-company communication skills
- Must work efficiently and manage time effectively in a fast paced environment
- Be ready to learn and un-afraid to ask questions
- Ability to take written and verbal instruction in a professional and courteous manner
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and complete them in a timely manner
- Must have a great attitude, work well in a team, and positively contribute to the company culture
- Must be savvy with computers, tablets, smartphones, and technology
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience required
- You love to delight customers and can’t rest without ensuring all steps of the process have been completed
- You have a strong background in customer service
- You can present yourself professionally in all situations as a solution-oriented and thoughtful ambassador of MRP
- You consistently challenge any assumptions that come to your mind. You seek to gain clarification and fully understand before responding
- You routinely demonstrate a strong desire to get things done, and get things done right
- You have a desire to routinely deliver self-driven results that move the company and our customers forward again and again
