About The Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll own the entire sales cycle—from discovery to negotiation and close. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to deliver tailored solutions that address each client’s unique needs. Your consultative approach and ability to communicate value will directly impact the company’s growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery meetings for both inbound and outbound leads to uncover client needs and goals.
- Partner with SMEs to deliver compelling presentations and solution discussions.
- Send detailed consultation guides post-discovery to ensure follow-up and alignment.
- Lead pricing negotiations and structure win-win proposals.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline with consistent follow-up and communication.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM.
- Conduct ~50 outbound calls per day to engage new prospects and expand territory coverage.
- 3 years in a B2B sales motion with a proven record of exceeding quota.
- Demonstrated success in a consultative, full-cycle sales role.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline and track performance.
- High energy, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, growing organization.
- Experience in MedTech, Dental, or Healthcare sales.
- Familiarity with high-value transactions ($50K ) or complex deal structures.
- Completion of a formal sales methodology (e.g., Sandler, Challenger, SPIN).
- Exposure to start-up or high-growth environments.
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $160,000 at plan, with top performers earning $200K annually through uncapped commissions.
