We are seeking a seasonal full-time pressure washing technician for the 2026 season. We operate Monday - Friday in the months of April - September. Payment Structure:1. Base of $20/hour2. Performance-Based Bonus Program: Good customer reviews result in daily bonuses3. $10 food allowance daily4. Commission's available (Although sales is not a direct responsibility of this role - 10% of jobs sold while on our job sites, 20% of jobs sold outside of job sites (% of profits))4. Weekly PayResponsibilities (training is included): 1. Pressure wash driveways, houses, patios, walkways, fences, decks, garage floors, chimneys, garbage cans, etc. 2. Handle client communication on a day-to-day basic. Communication for each service entails: Service reminder text the day before the service, estimated start times as the day goes on (ahead of schedule or delayed), and progress photos.3. Seal driveways4. 3-4 services per day working with a partner on the same trailer. Estimated hours per day is 8 (8:00am - 4:00pm)Requirements1. Ages 20-252. 40-hour availability (April 1st - September 30th)3. No recent drug history4. Willing to work in light rain5. lives within 20 minutes of Avon Lake OhioOptional1. If you can pull a trailer with a vehicle that you already own, automatic 25% bonus
