Core Responsibilities
- Preventive Maintenance: Run scheduled inspections, lubricate moving parts, and service equipment to stop unexpected breakdowns.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on production lines and fix or replace faulty components.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on work in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Education: High school diploma or GED; a technical diploma or trade certification in industrial maintenance is preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong aptitude for 3-phase electrical systems, motor controls, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), basic welding, and reading blueprints or schematics.
- Physical Ability: Stand for long shifts, work at heights or in confined spaces, and lift up to 50 pounds. [1, 2]
Pay: $25.49 - $30.70 per hour
