The Opportunity: What You'll Be Doing

As an Automotive Aftermarket Technician, you will be the expert responsible for transforming trucks and Jeeps into custom, high-performance machines. You will take on exciting and challenging projects, including:

• Installing a wide range of suspension lift kits, leveling kits, and performance shocks.
• Mounting and balancing oversized wheels and tires.
• Installing aftermarket bumpers, side steps, winches, and body armor.
• Performing custom wiring for LED lighting, audio systems, and other electronic accessories.
• Executing light fabrication and welding to ensure perfect fitment of custom components.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems to ensure seamless integration of all aftermarket parts.
• Performing general maintenance and repairs with a focus on modified 4x4 vehicles.

Who We're Looking For: The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a skilled professional who is passionate about quality and loves working on trucks. While we are open to training a candidate with a strong foundational skillset and a great attitude, the ideal team member will possess:

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic with a strong understanding of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems.
• Basic knowledge of welding and fabrication principles.
• Ability to diagnose and repair issues on a variety of trucks and Jeeps.
• A strong commitment to producing high-quality work and exceptional attention to detail.
• Must have your own set of professional tools.
• Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications (A huge plus, but not required):

• Direct experience with aftermarket accessory installation (lift kits, wiring, etc.).
• ASE Certifications (we will help you get these!).
• Experience working in a fast-paced, custom-oriented shop environment.

Schedule & Work Environment:

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday with rotating Saturdays.
• Environment: You will work in a professional, well-equipped shop. While the work area is not climate-controlled, the shop is heated in the winter. Must be able to lift 75 lbs or more and be willing to work in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
