Job Title: Staff Accountant Department: Finance and Accounting
Reports To: CFO
Key Responsibilities
- Meets monthly & annual cutoffs & prepares reconciliations
- Assists with month-end journal entries
- Analyzes GL account balances & transactions
- Prepares company financial statements for review by CFO
- Assists in year-end close
- Assists in Audit preparation
- Prepares and/or facilitates property tax returns and licenses
- Maintains fixed asset records
- Assists as needed in other duties
