Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce parts to specification
- Operate press brake equipment for bending and forming metal components
- Run CNC routers and laser cutters for a variety of materials and applications
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Perform basic machine programming, adjustments, and tool changes
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean and organized
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Experience operating CNC machines, press brakes, routers, and/or laser cutters
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Experience with CAD/CAM software
- Knowledge of G-code programming
