What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare construction sites, materials, and tools
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
  • Comfortable with operating power-tools (i.e., rotary hammers, chippings hammers, circular saws, etc.)
  • Team oriented and solution oriented, with a proactive, professional, positive attitude.
  • Perform a variety of construction tasks as assigned
  • Maintain a clean work site and be safety oriented in all situations and environments.
  • Experience operating large equipment such as boom lift, scissor lifts, forklifts, and skid steers, preferred.
  • Communication skills to collaborate effectively with crew members
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant construction regulations, including OSHA standards


Job Requirements:
  • 1 years of construction experience
  • Strong working knowledge across multiple scopes (doors, framing, glazing, etc.)
  • Experience leading or mentoring others on job sites is a plus

  • Ability to stay organized and keep work moving in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel and support occasional after-hours work

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

  • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment job-related assessment, background check, and motor vehicle record review.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and kneel frequently throughout the day
  • Comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces as needed
  • Manual dexterity required for operating tools, equipment, and machinery
  • Ability to work in a variety of environmental conditions, including heat, cold, and exposure to electrical hazards with appropriate PPE
