What You’ll Do:
- Prepare construction sites, materials, and tools
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Comfortable with operating power-tools (i.e., rotary hammers, chippings hammers, circular saws, etc.)
- Team oriented and solution oriented, with a proactive, professional, positive attitude.
- Perform a variety of construction tasks as assigned
- Maintain a clean work site and be safety oriented in all situations and environments.
- Experience operating large equipment such as boom lift, scissor lifts, forklifts, and skid steers, preferred.
- Communication skills to collaborate effectively with crew members
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job
- Ensure compliance with all relevant construction regulations, including OSHA standards
Job Requirements:
- 1 years of construction experience
- Strong working knowledge across multiple scopes (doors, framing, glazing, etc.)
Experience leading or mentoring others on job sites is a plus
- Ability to stay organized and keep work moving in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel and support occasional after-hours work
Valid driver’s license
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment job-related assessment, background check, and motor vehicle record review.

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and kneel frequently throughout the day
- Comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces as needed
- Manual dexterity required for operating tools, equipment, and machinery
- Ability to work in a variety of environmental conditions, including heat, cold, and exposure to electrical hazards with appropriate PPE
