Power Pool Care is looking for a dependable, hardworking Swimming Pool Service Technician Helper / Maintenance / Vacuumer to join our team. This position involves assisting with pool maintenance, vacuuming, cleaning, openings, closings, and general service work. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, learning a skilled trade, and being part of a professional pool service company. It is a seasonal position from April through November with the ability to return the following season.
Job Duties Include:
- Vacuuming and cleaning swimming pools
- Skimming, brushing, and maintaining pool water cleanliness
- Assisting lead technicians with pool openings and closings
- Assisting lead technician on repairs and renovations
- Carrying hoses, equipment, chemicals, and supplies
- Helping with basic pool maintenance and service tasks
- Keeping work vehicles and equipment clean and organized
- Providing courteous and professional service to customers
Requirements:
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to lift and carry pool equipment and supplies
- Ability to work proficiently with hand and power tools
- Willing to learn pool maintenance and service procedures
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Experience in swimming pool service is a plus, but not required
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
