Rocco Romanelli, owner of Romanelli Pools, is now meeting experienced Pool Service Technicians, Vacuum Technicians, and Maintenance Technicians who want to level up. We’re not hiring for winter work — we’re meeting with and locking in our elite 2026 roster now so that when spring hits, our team is ready to dominate.
We pay by the job, not the hour — with uncapped performance pay, commissions on nearly every sale, and a clear path from technician → trainer → leader.
