- Pay: $28.00/hour
- Schedule: Rotating - 08 Hour, Start time will range from 12pm to 2pm.
- Location: Hayward, CA

- High school diploma or GED Equivalent
- Min 1-2 years Customer service experience in a high-volume environment
- Data entry and record maintenance experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
- Medical supply knowledge
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to answer moderately complex questions, direct calls, and obtain information from several sources
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish positive, customer oriented working relationships with a variety of professional, technical and non-technical staff and clients
- Knowledge of accounts payable terminology
- Knowledge of computer systems and software used in functional area
- Serve as the central intake point for supply chain requests received via phone, portal, email, and walk-up interactions
- Capture and document customer requests accurately to support fulfillment and reporting
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and clinical teams to ensure timely resolution of supply requests
- Perform inventory checks and submit stock requests through Workday
- Answer incoming calls and emails regarding supply chain and accounts payable inquiries
- Route inquiries to appropriate departments and ensure timely follow-up
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and system documentation
- Support vendor statement reconciliations and invoice processing activities
- Scan, sort, file, and retrieve documents as needed
- Maintain departmental supplies and support daily operational activities
- Troubleshoot customer needs and provide exceptional service to clinical and non-clinical staff
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to resolve issues and support operational goals
