Shipping & Fulfillment Associate – Bakery
We’re hiring a detail-oriented Shipping & Fulfillment Associate to join our team at Power of the Almond, a gluten-free, no sugar added bakery. This role is critical to ensuring our customers across the country receive their orders accurately, on time, and packaged beautifully.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately fulfill online and in-store orders.
- Package bakery products securely and attractively for shipment.
- Operate a computer to print and manage shipping labels.
- Prepare shipping boxes and ensure proper handling of food products.
- Communicate with the kitchen team daily about order needs and product availability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe packing station.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfort using computers and basic shipping software.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
- Prior fulfillment, shipping, or food service experience is a plus (but not required — we’ll train the right person).
