The primary role of this position is to assist in supporting key parts and service functions for all PMC’s product lines. The PSSR is the key point of contact for all customers in the assigned territory and is a crucial component of PMC’s success versus the competition.
Key Job Activities:
- Manage key ‘commodity’ items for repair and or replacement: Undercarriage/Tires, Ground Engaging Tools (GET), Filters & Oils,
- Grow preventative maintenance (PM) business: Expand existing PM service machine base, Sell cost/hr and or block services
- Assist customer with component repair, rebuild and or replacement decisions: Major components/minor components, Welding fabrication and line-boring

- 8 hour shift

Qualifications:Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED, with some college level business courses
- Minimum Experience: Five years of experience with heavy equipment
- Administrative / Clerical Experience – 1 plus years
- Customer Service Experience – 3 plus years
- Sales Experience – 3 plus years
- Technical or Mechanical – 3 plus years
- Dealership experience in a parts or service-related functions – 3 plus years

Salary : $76,000 - $90,000
