Inside Sales Support Specialist (Order Fulfillment)

Power/mation has an immediate opening for an Open Order Specialist to support our Inside Sales team by tracking open orders, expediting issues, coordinating fulfillment, maintaining clear communication between internal teams, suppliers & customer to ensure timely delivery. This role is essential to maintaining the accuracy, responsiveness, and reliability our customers expect from every Power/mation experience.

This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday and can be based out of our Saint Paul, Minnesota or Pewaukee, Wisconsin office.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and track the status of customer orders, shipments, and deliveries.
• Communicate with suppliers, customers, and sales teams to confirm schedules and resolve delays.
• Coordinate with purchasing, inside sales, and logistics to ensure timely product availability.
• Maintain accurate records of order status, delivery timelines, and customer inventory levels.
• Expedite urgent orders and prioritize based on customer needs or back-orders.
• Troubleshoot supply-chain bottlenecks or disruptions in collaboration with purchasing.
• Partner with other sales personnel and departments to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Prepare regular open-order reports and assist with quarterly customer-review meetings.
• Perform additional duties as needed to ensure a positive customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• 2 years of customer service or order management experience, ideally in industrial automation, manufacturing or distribution
• Intermediate ERP-system experience (Epicor Profit 21 / P21 preferred)
• HubSpot experience is also a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset
