We’re looking for a motivated, outgoing Sign Sales Professional to help customers bring their branding to life through custom signage, printed graphics, promotional products, and decorated apparel. This role blends sales, customer service, and project coordination — you’ll work directly with clients to understand their needs, recommend solutions, and manage orders from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Sell a wide range of products: indoor/outdoor signs, banners, vehicle graphics, window decals, promotional items, screen‑printed apparel, embroidered apparel, and more
- Consult with customers to understand branding needs, budgets, and timelines
- Provide quotes, proposals, and product recommendations
- Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure accurate artwork, materials, and job specifications
- Manage projects from initial inquiry through delivery/installation
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling across all product categories
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred — signage, printing, or promotional products experience is a major plus
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to understand materials, substrates, installation methods, and basic sign terminology (training provided)
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple active projects
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage deadlines
- Basic computer skills; experience with quoting or CRM systems is helpful
- Self‑motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals
