We’re looking for a detail‑oriented, reliable Embroidery Machine Operator to join our production team. This role is hands‑on and fast‑paced — you’ll run multi‑head embroidery machines, prepare garments, monitor quality, and help produce high‑end branded apparel for our customers. Key Responsibilities
- Operate multi‑head embroidery machines
- Hoop garments, load designs, thread machines, and run production efficiently
- Inspect garments for quality, alignment, thread breaks, and stitch accuracy
- Perform basic machine maintenance: threading, tension adjustments, cleaning, oiling
- Work with production staff to meet deadlines and maintain workflow
- Keep workstations organized, clean, and stocked with supplies
- Assist with trimming, folding, packaging, and order prep
- Communicate any issues with artwork, garments, or machine performance
- Follow job sheets and ensure each order matches customer specifications
Qualifications
- Experience with commercial embroidery machines preferred, but we can train the right person
- Strong attention to detail — quality matters in every stitch
- Ability to stand, move, and work with hands for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a production environment with deadlines
- Basic computer skills for loading designs and navigating machine software
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently once trained
