Non CDL Driver Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently pick up and deliver orders
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate delivery vehicle
- Plan delivery route to maximize efficiency and productivity for the day
- Complete delivery and pickup paperwork promptly and accurately, gathering the appropriate signatures and acknowledgements
- Obey all traffic laws and parking regulations
- Current, valid and clean NYS driver's license (7 years clean driving record)
- Previous warehouse driving experience
- Ability to obtain & maintain DOT certification
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and push or pull over 100 pounds
- Ability to follow processes, procedures, and policies
- Ability to work well independently, have a can-do attitude, and be willing to learn
- Ability to communicate in verbal and written from with functional English skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of Buffalo area and surrounding suburbs a plus
Salary Range: $17 - $19/hour
