Counter Sales

Power-Flo Technologies New England is a northeast supplier of automation, sensing, and electric heating products. We are opening a Massachusetts branch and looking for a Counter Sales Associate to join the team. This role combines customer-facing counter sales with hands-on warehouse responsibilities, offering variety and growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Whitinsville, MA

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday, on-site position. Schedules are between 7:00am to 5:00pm.

Counter Sales Associate Responsibilities

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge, information, and promotions. Suggest alternative or additional products when appropriate.
• Pull and stage orders for shipment
• Organize inventory
• Cycle Count
• Pick and fill orders
• Ensure that orders leaving the warehouse are checked and accompanied by the appropriate documentation.
• Process product returns, according to company procedure, assuring that all documentation is collected.
• Assist in maintaining the counter and product display area ensuring a safe, clean, and orderly environment.
• Perform basic warehouse work to include, removing sold parts from stock, placing received parts on shelves, processing items for shipment, receiving, driving (as needed), organizing etc.
• Safely and efficiently pick up and deliver orders in company vehicles (as needed)
• Maintain a clean Driver's License to operate company vehicles (as needed)
  
  

Counter Sales Associate Qualifications

• Previous experience in counter sales/inside sales and customer service
• Warehouse knowledge - experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory handling
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Epicor Solar Eclipse software experience a plus
• A valid and clean driver's license to travel to local vendors as needed
