Salary Range: $16 - $20/hour
Warehouse Associate Key Responsibilities :
- Perform basic warehouse work to include, removing sold parts from stock, placing received parts on shelves, processing items for shipment, receiving, driving, organizing etc.
- Maintaining a clean Driver's License
- Pull and stage orders for shipment
- Safely and efficiently pick up and deliver orders
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate delivery vehicle
- Plan delivery route to maximize efficiency and productivity for the day
- Obey all traffic laws and parking regulations
- Organize Inventory
Warehouse Associate Requirements :
- 2 years of warehouse experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current, valid NYS driver’s license (7 years' clean driving record)
- Ability to obtain & maintain DOT certification
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and push or pull over 100 pounds
- Ability to follow processes, procedures, and policies
- Ability to work well independently, have a great attitude, and be willing to learn
- Ability to communicate in verbal and written from with functional English skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Box Truck experience (16-18 ft) and Flatbed truck experience is a plus. No CDL required.
- Forklift experience a plus
