As the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will oversee the Accounts Payable team, direct the processing of invoices and payments, while maintaining compliance with company policies.Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM. Full-time, on-site.Salary Range: $21 - $25/hourBenefits PackageHealth insurance (medical, dental, vision)PTO program and paid holidays401KEAPCompany provided life insuranceOur Core ValuesOur PeopleRelationshipsInnovationSustainabilityGrowthDetermination Accounts Payable Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited to:Manage incoming bills on behalf of the company including utility payments, inventory invoices, employee expenses, reimbursements, and moreAnalyze invoices for accuracy and eligibility for paymentVerify payments before signatureRelease payments/cut paymentsRequest "Proof of Deliveries" from vendorsProcess direct shipmentsEnsure all payments are made in accordance with company policyEnsure all payments are sent on timeLead the Accounts Payable team, overseeing training, performance management, and annual reviewsAccounts Payable Supervisor Basic Qualifications :Experience overseeing Accounts Payable activities including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliation Strong mathematical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel Demonstrated ability to lead in a team environmentValid and clean driver's licensePhysical Ability Requirements :Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time (with accommodations upon request)Ability to utilize a computer keyboard, computer monitor, adding machine, and telephone for prolonged periods of time (with accommodations upon request)About UsWe are an equal opportunity employer.
