We are currently looking for a dependable and safety-focused Golf Cart Delivery Driver to join our Springfield team.
Position Overview:
As a Golf Cart Delivery Driver, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service by ensuring the safe and timely transport of golf carts and utility vehicles. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely load, secure, transport, and unload golf carts using company trucks and trailers
- Deliver and pick up carts from customer locations, events, and rental sites
- Provide professional, friendly customer interactions during deliveries and pickups
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle and trailer inspections
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and required documentation
- Organize and stage carts and equipment on the lot when not on deliveries
- Assist with general shop or yard tasks, including moving units and light cleanup
- Follow all safety procedures, DOT regulations, and company policies
Requirements:
- Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely load and unload equipment using forklifts or manual methods
- Physically capable of lifting and securing equipment, including ramps and tie-downs
- Strong understanding of route planning and delivery efficiency
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
