You’ll play a hands-on role in managing bid documentation, coordinating across teams, and ensuring every detail is aligned for success. What You’ll Do…
- Take ownership of project documentation, including drawings, RFIs, bid correspondence, and database management.
- Partner with estimators, senior team members, and customers to track bid progress and keep projects on schedule.
- Support the estimating process by assisting in developing accurate, timely proposals.
- Become a go-to expert on pricing, processes, and contract scope—ensuring clarity and consistency across all deliverables.
- Follow up on proposals and scope reviews, helping drive communication and accountability with customers and internal teams.
- Recent graduates or professionals with 1–3 years of coordination or administrative experience.
- Problem-solvers who enjoy working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office, with working knowledge of database systems, Bluebeam (or similar tools), and construction drawings.
- Confident communicators who can present ideas clearly and collaborate across teams.
