Position Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules of deliverables for the team and assist with managing timelines, deadlines, and estimating packages.
- Communicate with vendors and clients to build relationships, define the project scope, address any deficiencies, negotiate prices, and facilitate registration process of products.
- Research quotes for material and labor from our suppliers and subcontractors.
- Continuously follow up on all bid projects and accurately forecast future awards.
- Partner with Power Design’s construction project management team to properly transfer awarded projects.
- College graduates with 1–3 years of related coordination or administrative work experience.
- Individuals who love to problem solve and thrive in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing and evolving.
- Someone with advanced skills in Microsoft Office and basic fundamental skills in database management, Bluebeam or other PDF-editing software, and construction plan reading/interpretation.
- Strong communication skills and professional behavior, including the ability to create and conduct presentations and training sessions.
