Power Collective is seeking a proactive, creative, and highly organized Social Media Coordinator / Strategist to support and execute social media initiatives across a diverse portfolio of clients spanning real estate, design, architecture, law, hospitality, lifestyle, and luxury brands.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Content Development

  • Support day-to-day management of client social media accounts across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather content and identify opportunities for social storytelling
  • Develop, maintain, and execute content calendars across multiple client accounts
  • Draft compelling social media copy tailored to each platform and audience
  • Research trends, conversations, hashtags, and industry developments to inform content strategy
  • Develop creative recommendations for posts, Stories, Reels, carousels, video content, and campaigns

Content Creation & Execution

  • Create and edit social media content, including graphics, videos, Reels, and carousel posts
  • Design and format content and templates using Canva and other creative tools
  • Assist with content shoots, including photography, videography, and creative direction
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and visual identity
  • Direct and manage any third-party content creators

Account Management & Reporting

  • Manage content scheduling, approvals, publishing, and quality control processes
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure content is delivered accurately and on time
  • Compile monthly performance reports and identify key insights, opportunities, and recommendations
  • Track social media metrics and communicate ROI to clients and internal teams
  • Stay informed on platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices

Team Collaboration & Growth

  • Work directly with agency leadership on strategy, execution, and client communications
  • Contribute ideas to strengthen and expand Power Collective's social media offerings
  • Bring a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to both client work and agency growth

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Social Media, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of social media, communications, marketing, or public relations experience preferred
  • Recent graduates with exceptional writing skills, creativity, strong work ethic, and demonstrated social media expertise are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and grammar skills
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging social platforms
  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and reporting platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
  • Agency experience is a plus but not required
  • Experience in real estate, design, luxury, hospitality, legal, or lifestyle industries is a plus

Location

This is a hybrid position based in South Florida. Candidates must be located in or near the Miami area and available to attend content shoots, client meetings, events, and team gatherings as needed.
