- Relevant education such as an associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a service-oriented approach to supporting employees and managers.
