Compensation: $200,000

About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Social Media to build, lead, and scale Enso’s social presence across all major platforms. This is a senior, high-responsibility role—not C-suite, but a true leader who will own our entire social media function.

You will architect the social strategy, develop content systems, manage creators and agencies, launch platforms, analyze performance, and turn Enso into a culturally relevant brand in the energy drink space. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-growth environments, understands consumer psychology, and creates scroll-stopping content that drives awareness and sales.


What You’ll Do

Strategy & Leadership


· Build and own Enso’s full social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Meta, and emerging platforms.

· Develop brand voice, content pillars, and storytelling frameworks.

· Manage and mentor creators, editors, agencies, and contractors.

· Create quarterly/annual social roadmaps aligned with marketing and sales goals.


Content & Creative Direction

· Oversee all content production (short-form video, stills, reels, UGC, storytelling).

· Build a high-volume content engine tied to launches, events, retail expansion, and brand moments.

· Work closely with design, marketing, and leadership to activate creative storylines.

· Identify and collaborate with influencers, ambassadors, and partners.


Performance, Growth & Analytics

· Drive aggressive growth in followers, engagement, and conversion.

· Build dashboards and reporting systems with actionable insights.

· Partner with the media team to connect organic paid strategies.

· Continuously optimize formats, cadence, distribution, and platform presence.


Brand, Partnerships & Culture

· Develop partnerships with creators, athletes, events, festivals, and aligned brands.

· Ensure the brand remains premium, modern, and culturally relevant.

· Manage community engagement, brand monitoring, and social listening.


Who You Are

· 5 years of social media experience, ideally in beverage, CPG, lifestyle, fitness, or entertainment.

· Experience owning and growing brand social channels (startup or established).

· Strong understanding of short-form video, trends, content creation, and the creator economy.

· A strategic thinker who can also direct creative output and manage production.

· Highly organized, fast-moving, and comfortable in a startup environment.

· Strong communicator with an ability to present content plans and results to leadership.


Compensation

· Base Salary: $200,000

· Bonus Potential: Up to $25,000

· Total Potential Package: Up to $225,000

· Full benefits package available.
