We are seeking candidates who are dependable, hard-working, and positive. We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee various projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that arise.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a manufacturing environment or similar.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- PMP certification is a plus.
