Power RV is looking for a team player who has service advising or service writing experience, customer service or dealership experience.
Job Purpose:
The Service Advisor will be directly responsible for the proper satisfaction of customer and vehicle related problems, and accurate performance of designated administrative duties.
Key Duties:
- Greet customers when they arrive
- Answer questions about service outcome
- Consult with mechanics about necessary repairs
- Call customers to set appointments and answer phones in a timely manner
- Keep customers informed on completion to assure all customers concerns are addressed
- Build strong relationships with customers
