Production Materials Flow Coordinator
Your day, your impact
From the first pallet you receive to the last workstation you replenish, you keep production moving. You’ll organize parts, update counts in our systems, and make sure every build area has the right hardware at the right time. Accuracy and timing are everything—and you own both.
When you'll work
- Weekday Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm
- Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00am–6:30pm

What you’ll do
- Receive, stock, and document new and existing materials with precision.
- Partner with team members and leaders to anticipate and fulfill material needs across the shop.
- Replenish workstations with the specified hardware and supplies for upcoming jobs.
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate inventory records using a scanner and designated software.
- Transport, load, and unload materials; forklift use may be part of the role.
- Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing standards to prevent incidents and ensure consistent production.
- Protect product quality by adhering to standard work and flagging any risks you see.
What you’ll bring
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to walk, stand, and stay physically active for extended periods.
- Confidence learning computer systems, databases, and assorted software tools.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Fluent English communication to collaborate with co-workers.
- Strong multitasking and attention to detail.
- Organized, self-motivated, and proactive approach to your work area.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including days, nights, and weekends as needed.
Preferred
- Forklift experience.
- Background in an industrial or warehouse environment.
