Position Summary: The Guest Service Agent at Eldora is a front-line position that involves dealing with a potentially high volume of guests in a fast-paced environment. This position's responsibilities include greeting and assisting all guests, selling and fulfilling all mountain products including rentals, tickets, passes, and events. As a member of the Guest Services team, you will need to be proficient in the product offerings of Eldora and be a source of high-quality customer service to our guests.
Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
Actively engage with all Eldora guests.
Provide accurate product and mountain information to guests.
Assist all guests with the in-person and online purchase flow.
Maintain work area by cleaning and restocking supplies.
Handle all inquiries and grievances in a professional and competent manner.
Adheres to all company safety policies and procedures, actively contributing to a safe working environment for self, coworkers, and guests.
All employees are expected to support Eldora's corporate responsibility commitment to protect the environment by participating in our Sustainable Transportation Program. This includes choosing alternative transportation, carpooling, using the employee shuttle, and avoiding onsite parking on weekends and peak days. These actions help reduce Scope 3 emissions, lead by example, and ensure adequate parking for our guests.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required by resort operations.

Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
Variation in temperature from hot to cold.
Compensation & Benefits:
The proposed hiring rate of $19 actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
Benefits:This is a seasonal position eligible for season pass for employees/dependents and privileges at several other resorts. Several discount programs (i.e. food & beverage, retail/rental, tickets, etc.) also available. Additionally, this position accumulates sick time.
