Empire Care Centers is expanding our clinical leadership team at Powder Springs Center for Nursing & Healing and seeking an experienced LTC nurse to step into the role of MDS Coordinator. If you have at least three years of long-term care experience, enjoy assessment and care planning, and are ready to grow into a highly valued leadership position, this is an exceptional opportunity.
This is a part-time role with a flexible schedule, and you will have the ability to participate in creating your hours while ensuring the needs of the MDS department are met.
