What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician (not a Janitor Position) position at Powder Cote II?
Job Descriptions:
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance person, who can perform PM tasks, upkeep on repairs to machines and equipment.
Our job is to keep production going and making sure the machines are running properly and safely.
Along with keeping up on facility duties.
Some of the tasks could include and not limited to:
Mechanical, Electrical, Welding, and Plumbing repairs and/or work.
*2nd Shift Maintenance Tech*
Hours: 3pm-11:30pm
Experience: 2 years in maintenance * whether its mechanical, electrical, welding, pipe fitting, or all the above. * Not facilities Maintenance
We are looking for Someone who is driven to complete tasks and can follow directions. Someone who works well with others and can tackle team projects. They need to be able to keep machines running and if they go down, get them up in a timely matter. While machines are running, knock out small projects and PMs (Preventative Maintenance) to help prolong machine life. Be able to take directions and follow lists. A nightly task list and PM sheets will be provided.

Shot Blast machine.
Chain conveyors
Multiple pumps (Aro, Wilden, etc.)
Pumps both electric and pneumatic. (Gusher, Kerr, Aro, Wilden, etc.)
Boilers
Light Curtains
Prox switches and machine controls
Pneumatic hoist
Hydraulics
Climate Control
*3rd Shift Maintenance Tech*
Hours: 10:30pm-7:00am
Experience: 2 years in maintenance * whether its mechanical, electrical, welding, pipe fitting, or all the above. * Not facilities Maintenance
I’m looking for Someone who is driven to complete tasks and can follow directions. Also is a team player, that can bounce ideas off of others. This individual will be performing PM (Professional Maintenance) tasks on machinery, while production is not running. There are PM sheets to follow and keep all PMs up to date, for audits. I also provide a Night list of issues that need to be address while production is not running.
