Copy of valid California Teaching Credential (Physical Education or Multiple Subject) 3. Copy of CBEST or equivalent. 4. Copy of Transcripts (Official transcripts are required upon hiring). 5. Current resume. 6. Three (3) letters of reference, signed/dated within the past 12 months. Applicants are encouraged to include at least one (1) letter of reference from a supervising or site administrator. Applicants who have never held a full-time position, are encouraged to have a letter of reference from a site administrator where they completed their student teaching. 7. Copy of TB Clearance 8.
