We are looking for passionate and experienced Assistant Coaches to help lead our high-performing team! Position Overview: Assistant Coaches will assist in developing training plans, coaching during practices and meets, and promoting a positive team environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in competitive lacrosse, coaching experience, and a commitment to student-athlete development. Key Responsibilities:
- Teach and refine skills, techniques, and strategies.
- Assist with game preparation, including line-ups, equipment, and team coordination.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and highly competitive team culture.
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school administration.
- Monitor and promote the academic and personal growth of student-athletes.
- Develop and organize team events, fundraising, and community service initiatives.
- Support compliance with all school, CIF and league policies.
- Assist with program administrative requirements.
