Our Dallas team is currently hiring Customer Service & Sales Associates to support our growing operations. This entry-level sales and customer service position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and developing customer service and sales skills in a fast-paced environment.
No previous experience is required for the sales or customer service position. We provide paid sales training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Sales Associate & Customer Service Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in person, by phone, and via email
- Provide helpful information about products, services, and promotions
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or sales
- Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally
- Support sales efforts through product education and customer engagement
- Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records
- Assist with order processing, scheduling, and administrative support
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily service and sales goals
- Participate in ongoing customer service and sales training
Qualifications for our Sales Associate & Customer Service Representative
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Comfortable speaking with customers and explaining solutions
- Self-motivated with a positive work ethic
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Dallas
